Attending the Open Examination of Doctoral Educational Technology Students, Dahlan Iskan praised his research

Surabaya - On Tuesday, 11 July 2023, Doctoral Student in Educational Technology, namely Windyati Nugroho, carried out the Doctoral Program Open Examination which was held in the Meeting Room of Building O1 Lt. 01 UNESA Faculty of Education. Apart from being a doctoral student in Educational Technology, Windyati Nugroho is also a member of the drafting team for the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) in the field of beauty and the Ministry of Manpower's SPA Management verifier. In the dissertation Open Examination that was carried out, Windyati Nugroho raised her dissertation research with the title "Development of the E-Module Program Package for Application of Consultation and Facial Skin Analysis to Improve Learning Outcomes and Metacognitive Skills for LKP BIPI Students".

In the Open Examination, those assigned as examiners include:

The Open Examination was also attended by the former Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and also the Main Director of PLN, namely Prof. Dr. (H.C) Dahlan Iskan.

According to Windyati Nugroho, in an increasingly dynamic era, educators must be aware of continuing to update their competencies in line with the Business Industry and the World of Work (IDUKA). Starting from this right, he raised this research to facilitate educators by introducing an e-module program package with the aim of improving learning outcomes and metacognitive skills for students and instructors at the Pacific International Beauty Institute Surabaya (PIBI) Course and Training Institute.

The e-module program package was developed through website-based applications (Google sites), LMS (Google classroom), with learning materials such as e-books, e-form LKPD, digital learning materials, quizzes, and there are also formative and summative assessment evaluations. Related to task collection can be accessed synchronously or asynchronously.

The results of the Open Examination by Windyati Nugroho were very impressive, he received a lot of praise from the examiners and of course Prof. Dr. (H.C) Dahlan Iskan himself through his research results. "This is a new research, there are only doctors in the field of beauty, especially in analysis technology for beauty," said Prof. Dr. (H.C) Dahlan Iskan.
