Best graduate of doctoral program in educational technology with GPA 3.98 at 77 years old

Surabaya - Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) held its 108th graduation ceremony on Tuesday (10/10/2023). At yesterday's graduation, happy news came from S3 Educational Technology. She is a very inspiring figure because she got a GPA of 3.98 so she got the title of the best graduate of S3 Educational Technology, she is Windiyati Nugroho.

Windyati Nugroho raised dissertation research with the title "Development of an E-Module Program Package for the Application of Consultation and Facial Skin Analysis to Improve Learning Outcomes and Metacognitive Skills for LKP BIPI Learners". The title she raised is very extraordinary, including in new research that combines educational technology with the beauty field.

Congratulations to Mrs. Windiyati Nugroho for completing her education with satisfactory grades in the S3 Educational Technology program at Surabaya State University.
